In business, the situation is extremely important. Most of us have the word “location, location, location” can be heard. Well, if you open a cafe thinking – be a place of your primary concern. There is a reason why the location location, location is the famous mantra for almost all companies in the world. Spend time to be open on Scouting places you feel, seats, a cafeteria and ask yourself the following questions. If this is a place with heavy traffic? Let’s face it, many people are lazy. You want a place where people can find while driving or walking in the light. In other words, you want a website for your coffee that is heavy traffic in an area where big business is your goal to choose. If you have a place that seems perfect for a coffee sit back and finding some time to see how traffic is actually the place you intend to have. If the percentage of traffic is high, you should get a good deal of the value of setting up shop. Your customers can easily in and out of your place? As a customer, I find it frustrating when a business in an area which is difficult in and out of there is. Coffee customers will be in a hurry and are usually on the road. Want to reach ASY as possible and get out. People are more likely to make you stop a day or every week, if your business is easy for them to enter and exit. Many coffee has two drive through windows for comfort, it’s something you want for your site, if possible, take into account. It is close to entertainment? Many people like to stop in a cup of coffee and perhaps a little sweetness after a night on the cinema, theater, or even a game of bowling. A large cup of coffee and a snack is a very pleasant end of the day, especially if you have a variety of decaffeinated coffee on hand. Even those who did not previously have found that they were ready to stop after a movie, especially when on a date and are just not quite ready for it to end. Imagine their joy will be to see your coffee shop is open on site and a strategic location near the theater or entertainment venue. So make sure you choose your location carefully for best results. Location does not guarantee success, but a location is a good way to avoid failure. When planning your cafeteria all sites keep in mind, ask the questions above, and go to the position you are the best (if you can afford it.) Remember how the building can look later always be changed, the situation is that you now have the choice.
